Game developer Gustav Lundh and civil engineer Therese Sandberg from Enk\u00f6ping moved to Boden for their studies. Once here, they fell for everything Boden has to offer and now they have just moved into their new house. <\/p>\n\n

The paint has barely dried in the couple’s newly purchased house, which they renovated at record speed in a couple of weeks and just moved into. The cats Zeus and Hades have moved with them from the south and seem to be enjoying their new life at least as much as mom and dad after the first time in a studio apartment in the city. In the new house, the couple has decorated a gaming room where the cats have a large climbing wall and their own cat stroller for walks. <\/p>\n\n

– We’re probably pretty much alone in Boden with a wagon like that,” says Gustav with a laugh.<\/p>\n\n

Gustav and Therese didn’t intend to stay in Boden, but once here they loved what they saw and wanted to stay after their studies were finished.<\/p>\n\n

– \u201cThe best thing about Boden is the local life and the fact that there is a vibrant city life with shops,\u201d says Gustav.<\/p>\n\n

Therese adds the tranquillity, the people, the openness and the nature. And that it was so easy to make new friends. A girls’ night out that Gustav’s friend’s girlfriend invited Therese to was the start of a large group of girlfriends from both north and south. Gustav and Therese have also explored both Boden’s restaurant life and excursion destinations in the area. <\/p>\n\n

– \u201cWhat attracted us here in the first place were definitely the courses we were looking for,\u201d says Gustav.<\/p>\n\n

He attended QA at Boden Game Camp and at the same time Therese entered an education as a construction engineer at NBI Handelsakademin. She then went on to study to become a track technician, which she got a job as at Adolfsson Rail. After completing his education, Gustav got a job at the gaming company House of How in S\u00e4vast, where he worked as a teacher. On Monday, he will move to another gaming company in Boden, Northify, but with the same type of job. <\/p>\n\n

After some time here, the couple bought an apartment in Boden but started looking for houses as they felt they wanted to stay put.<\/p>\n\n

– It was actually very quick to find a house. We looked at another one first and then this one came out. <\/p>\n\n

With over 250 square meters of space, a tiled stove, jacuzzi, glazed terrace, greenhouse and a well-prepared garden, they are now really taking root in Boden. But they miss Enk\u00f6ping so much that some in the family have also started looking towards Boden. <\/p>\n\n

– The next step now is that my mother also wants to move here,” smiles Gustav.<\/p>\n\n
