Sistec’s Right to Work service offers a comprehensive solution for workplaces that seeks to ensure compliance with Swedish rules and regulations among suppliers, contractors, employees and individuals present in the workplace.

This is achieved by verifying the identity and right to work of all individuals before they are admitted to the workplace and by continuously conducting background checks, follow-ups and evaluations of suppliers and contractors.

Since its launch in 2019, we have helped over 7,500 companies and conducted over 250,000 Right to Work checks. Right to Work checks take place during a physical meeting with the individual to be checked. At the meeting, the authenticity of the ID documents brought by the individual is checked and it is ensured that the individual is the person he/she claims to be. Once the identity is established, it is ensured that the individual has the right to work in Sweden.
