The training times are:
Tuesdays at. 18-19: Beginners (also called Training Group 1)
Tuesdays at. 19-21: Training group 2 and Seniors

Thursdays at. 18-19: Beginners (also called Training Group 1)
Thursdays at. 19-21: Training group 2

Sundays at. 18-21: Open training for everyone at first

All training sessions are in Sandenhallen

Training group 1 = Beginners
Training group 2 = Young people who have been training for a while
Seniors = Adults
