The couple from Tunisia are both engineers, and what brought them here was Raafa’s job at Stegra. But it wasn’t just the job that attracted them.
– I love Sweden and have always been curious and longed to come here, says Raafa.
Both are engineers who see Boden as the place they have come to stay. From their large panoramic windows in a corner apartment, at the top of Strandplan, they can follow the shifts of nature, wildlife, and the view over Boden.
– Here you can truly have a life, not just work. It feels like a good place for a family. We can see our future children grow up here, says Raafa.
– Boden felt like home right away, says Marwen, who is now looking for a job as he gets acquainted with the surroundings.
