Say hello to the Brambles, who have found their new dream home in Boden. The couple is from the UK, but had lived in the Netherlands for nine years and their children were heading into adulthood. Her husband Iain saw a job advertisement for a position at Stegra and said “this is you.” Julia has worked in the steel industry throughout her professional life, and with that experience, she is now helping to develop the new fossil-free steel plant emerging at Boden Industrial Park. Iain is realizing his dream as an artist, looking forward to his new studio, and already has people interested in taking courses with him.
They have definitely already discovered proximity life;
– We’ve never been this close to being able to go downhill skiing. We’re looking forward to being able to do it just 30 minutes away. And we also want to learn cross-country skiing.
