The Rotary Club of Boden is part of the worldwide network Rotary International with millions of members. Our aim is to stimulate contacts between different professional networks and to make a difference for groups that are struggling in our society. Examples include facilitating immigrants, most recently from Ukraine, and supporting local projects both within the school and other organizations. We have also participated for many years in the campaign to eradicate polio, in which Bill Gates has also played a major role.
We meet once a week during the period August – June and listen to interesting lectures about what is happening in Boden and Norrbotten. Once a year we organize an Entrepreneurial Lunch together with our club colleague Boden Överluleå Rotary Club. In addition to lunch, there will be presentations by some of Sweden’s leading entrepreneurial profiles and a good way to make contacts between companies and individuals.
Our meetings are on Mondays at lunchtime at the Bodensia hotel. Welcome as a member!
